Please keep in mind others have used these sets before you. While we do our best to inventory all LEGO® sets before sending them, small pieces are prone to go missing.

If you notice a piece missing, contact us at admin@brick-library.com and we will find a fair and favorable remedy.

If a piece is integral to the completion of your build, we would be happy to mail it to you! Otherwise please continue the build, and we will add the missing pieces to the sets upon return.

In an effort to keep our prices low and get sets in stock as quick as possible we ask our builders to notify us of missing parts. 

You can build as many sets as you would like in a month. 

We do limit rentals to one (1) set at a time. 

A subscription to Brick Library costs $24.99 (+ tax) per month.

This monthly fee allows you access to “The Library” of our LEGO® sets and makes you an official “Member” of our Brick Library service. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not currently have a LEGO® set checked out.

There is a service fee for each set. For most sets this fee is $9.99 (+tax). Please review our Transparent Pricing Policy for a full list of prices. 

The purpose of this fee is to offset shipping costs – which in ALL cases exceeds $9.99.

The average cost we incur for shipping is over $16.00 round trip. We do not make any profit from the price of shipping. Our Master Builder sets have a higher price to offset the higher cost of shipping and purchasing larger / heavier sets. We strive to maintain affordability for all of our customers. 

To cancel your subscription please send an email to admin@brick-library.com We will cancel your subscription for you. We require this communication to ensure all sets have been returned. 

You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not currently have a LEGO® set checked out. Before canceling your subscription, please ensure that you have received an email that we have acknowledged your last return, and you have no other outstanding fees. If you currently have a LEGO® set checked out and you cancel your subscription you will be charged the full retail price of the LEGO® set, plus a restocking fee.

While LEGO® is for all ages, we strongly recommend looking up the difficulty of each set you check out. Brick Library focuses on sets that are more than 1000 pieces which are can be difficult for beginner builders. 

No, we only ship to addresses within the United States at this time.

Every Brick Library LEGO® set will be delivered through the US Postal Service. Shipping is generally complete within 2-5 days, however please keep in mind USPS observes federal holidays. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each order. Your package will include a prepaid return shipping label to send back to us when you are ready. 

We do our best to ensure all LEGO® sets are clean and in good condition before we send them to you. Please remember that these sets have been checked out by other users, and there may be general wear and tear on the pieces.

We strive to always provide a high-quality product. If you notice any damaged or missing pieces when you get your set, please let us know immediately by filling out the missing pieces form. 

Pieces will be organized in a way that best suits the needs of the set. In most cases pieces will be organized by color.  Sets will arrive in labeled bags to help ensure the easiest build. Specialized pieces such as minifigs, or pieces with stickers may also be separated.

We aren’t able to send the physical instructions with our sets due to the likelihood of the booklets getting damaged.

You are welcome to build, disassemble, rebuild, and display your checked out LEGO® set for as long as you like! We ask that you treat our LEGO® sets with respect and care while you enjoy them. Please keep in mind that others are waiting to use the set after you.

You are responsible for returning the full LEGO® set back to Brick Library in a similar condition as you received it. You must disassemble the set to the best of your ability. We understand that some smaller pieces are difficult to pull apart. If you received a set with a few pieces still assembled, you may return them in the same condition. Please sort pieces into the same bags that they arrived in.

Please only use the provided Brick Separator Tool when separating pieces. Please refrain from using any pliers, tweezers, teeth, or any other object to separate bricks.

Failure to return LEGO® sets disassembled or unorganized will result in an additional charge to your account. If you are unable to disassemble your set, contact us at admin@brick-library.com and we will find a fair and favorable remedy.

In all cases, communicating with us will allow us to provide the most leniency possible up to an including no penalty or additional fees at all.

Generally, if the lost or damaged parts account for less than 15 grams of total weight, no cost will be passed on to the subscriber. However, we reserve the right to collect the replacement cost of each missing or damaged part at our discretion on a case by case basis. 

Return shipping is covered in the subscription and service fee paid when checking the set out – no further cost will be charged regarding returning a product. Once sets are completely disassembled and organized into the appropriate bag(s), please place sets in the box they arrived in. Place the included prepaid return label over and completely covering the original shipping label.

If you have misplaced the return label please email us at admin@brick-library.com for a replacement. You will be notified once we have received your return, and then you may check out your next set!
